Is 150 calorie surplus too little? I can do a 2 plate deadlift and want to get it to 4. My bench is approaching 1.5 plate. My squat is lol LMAO. OHP still under 100 pounds.
What about a liter. i have to eat at the chow hall and they only ever serve portions that have 20g of Protein Tops so i Drink a Carton of milk to come out at like 50g total

It’s not too little if you’re progressing.
But you will stall soon, and that will most likely be the reason.
Just keep it up, and increase it to 400-500 if you stall hard. No good reason to add unnecessary fat.
400 calories extra is like 3.5 pounds a month gained. No way. 150 is a nice slow 1.3.
Good luck going beyond 2pl8 bench with that mentality. Hell, good luck hitting 2pl8 even.
You will need to be in a calorie surplus after a certain level.
Assuming you're not trolling, it is completely too little and it's not even possible to reliable track them to that accuracy.
