Gets better every week and by week 4 you’ll barely think about it at all.

Carbonated water with flavor helps a lot as a substitute. And a little fruit to get that sugar hit

Watch out, OP is probably some Prime and Bud Light shill troony

Its not about betus or cancer, you could give a frick less who gets what. Its about what YOU want them to drink, when they stop coca cola. Shill. 100%. Busted.

you'd have to drink more than 40milligrams for Kg of bodyweight, which is about 26 cans of 330ml of coke zero for a 60kg person, everyday, for the rest of your life to reach the threshold that if you go further than that you "maybe it could raise the risk" of cancer.
    But you do you.

because I can look at the evidence proposed and draw my own conclusions, based on cost, benefit and basic logic.
For me drinking coke zero every once in a while is a pleasure good enough to be worth the potential risk, and this is true for everything else too, from eating red meat to going out on the street, if the risk is too great for you or whatever, feel free to do what ever you want of course.

All research suggesting that aspartame is a carcinogenic was funded by the sugar industry, and said studies are usually based on amounts of aspartame hundreds of times greater than what any human would ever consume just by drinking soda.
I mean, yeah, it would be better to just drink water, but don't act like there's a comparison between the health risks of regular soda and diet soda.

    >>The other gives you cancer
My grandpa smoked a pack of cigs a day until he died of natural causes at the age of 98. Nothing except radiation gives you cancer, only some help increase your tiny odds.

This. It's not even a guarantee. You literally increase your odds by a tiny % unless you're ingesting something highly toxic in high doses. What kind of person even wants to live to see all their friends die and be fragile and wither away?

Aspartame causes an increased risk of cancer??? I'm a mouth-breathing cretin that drinks upwards of 30 diet sodas every single day so i guess i better just embrace the Coke Side Of Life and Taste The Feeling of sugar once more. Who is with me ISTizens???

The globalist gays that put out the new guideline admit you have to drink 14 cans of aspartame soda a day to get increased cancer risk, nothingburger. Anyone who does that is probably dead before 60 anyway because of the implication.
