What is the ONE part of your body you're currently most pleased with, and what lifts did you do to get there?
For me, it's my forearms. Started doing a lot more farmer's walks and they blew up.

    My bench. 300lbs at 178lbs BW. Strict press 185lbs PR (did a 195lb after a powerclean but I think I had momentum.

    Dont know why im so strong upperbody. My deadlift and squat dont follow. PR Squat = 300lbs, deadlift 385 (havent tested in a long time tho)

    my triceps. I only started lifting 11 weeks ago so I don't see a ton of growth but I've been doing close grip benches as an accessory every day I do regular bench press and my triceps have gotten noticeably larger

      Forgot to say, basically nothing in particular cos I never isolate leg training.
      Walk alot and do physical job, done mountaineering n hiking plenty before, cycling etc got 17.5" calves naturally, never had skinny calf issues.

    I'm starting to see veins on my forearms regularly. They're helping me tell when I'm hydrated, and they pop out when I have carbs, so that's cool.
    No specific lifts for that, really, just being less of a fatty.

      My lats are what I love too. I have been thinking of workingnon shoulders lately; why 5 reps on the OHP? Why not something more hypertrophy oriented, like 8 or 12? I have seen 5 for OHP in programs before, never understood why.

    Probably my triceps, but only on my left arm. I don't know why, but my left triceps have always been much larger than my right triceps even though I'm right handed.

    No lifts, just superior trap genetics.
    Always thought people asking for trap exercises to get them larger was a meme. Like just flex them and they look huge. But I guess some people are just born with no muscle there or something
