    How did you even have time for this? What did you even eat? Just go for 0cal drinks and high protein stuff cuz it's usually filling and if it's kinda nasty it makes you wanna eat less. I'm a big eater but I can barely get through two quest bars before I'm full.

    If I'm cutting (2500 cal/day target), and I eat 600 calories of breakfast (80g old fashioned oats, one ON whey scoop, and a tablespoon of peanutbutter)...... should I do that or have a smaller breakfast?

    just eat max 50g of carbs a day, it will completely kill your hunger. Lost 70 kg that way,maintaining for 3 years and the discipline and habits I got along the way allow me to eat carbs again without turning into a food monster
