Drink lots of water. Stop raising your eyebrows as much and making dumb faces. Do you drink a lot of alcohol or smoke? That's a big contributor to face wrinkles.
I almost never raise my eyebrows and my forehead looks like the right pic. I'm 33.
You might also do well with a men's face moisturizer. Get one formulated for men. That way it'll smell like men's cologne instead of flowers and fruits and shit like women use.
This is terrible advice. Don’t fricking get a moisturizer with a fragrance. Use something dermatologist approved like cerave or cetaphil. I use cerave.
Also like the other anon said take the tret pill. I’m currently using the 0.04 micro that I bought online, no prescription needed. Key is to start off slow, you don’t wanna frick up your skin. Or just start at the 0.025 strength.
>I've heard balding genetics are more likely to come from your mother's side
old wives tale. my maternal grandad had a full head of hair until he died, my paternal grandfather had a power donut by 18, guess what I ended up with
I have zero wrinkles of any kind despite being in my 30s because I never smile or cry or frown or anything really. I barely even talk, 99% of the time in my life my face is completely static. I also sleep on my back, so my face barely even touches anything ever.
But I'm also a friendless kissless virgin so I guess it all evens out
Its hard to tell because most guys receed in their hairline in their 20's, even if they don't have male pattern baldness. The key is to keep a close eye on your crown. If you start seeing scalp on your crown, you're fricked.
This started for me when I was 16. Also major crows feet. I have james Franco wrinkles. It doesn't make you less attractive. It probably means you smile a lot
Take your fish oil/omega 3 and selenium
dont do anything
just take the wrinkle pill
>raises eyebrow in one picture
>doesn’t raise eyebrow in other picture
“HOW????”
my forehead doesn't do that when i raise my eyebrows and i'm 36
Post pic. You won’t

I don't drink or smoke but I'm very thin. I'll try drinking more water, thanks.

Get on my level mate. I am 22 and Norwood 4. My dad isn't even Norwood 1.
Are you taking minoxidil or fin for that? I've heard balding genetics are more likely to come from your mother's side.
That wouldn't make sense.

> never go out to avoid sun damage
> never smile or feel happiness to avoid smile lines and crow eyes
ive had the same forehead lines since i was 10 years old
We need to start having a wrinkle hate thread like FPH
Some guys recede a little bit and then it stays there for years. But how do you know if your hairline is just "maturing" or if you're balding?
