Everyone is babying you but 35 is terrible. I can do roughly 600 perfect form pushups and I've never worked out before

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Therefore post body.

35 is really good. Good enough for the military/police at least

In my experience in a NATO military they never gave a frick about form, so pushup results were always inflated, but like this anon said

35 CLEAN SERIOUS FORM pushups are quite the achievement op

35 with good form is good, not amazing but pretty good.

        >Therefore post body.

Body has literally zero arelevance to pushup count.
You can be ripped as frick and only be able to do 10. Or look like a camp israelite and do a 100.
Pushups have zero effect on physique .The only thing that increases your pushup max is doing pushups. And the only thing pushups do is increase your pushup max.

No you moron it correlates with strenght-to-bodyweight ratio, like pull ups.

as a lover of pushups, my front delts, biceps, pecs and triceps are pretty well developed thanks to pushups. I go for increasing difficulty rather than big numbers with a conventional pushup, but even then, if you do only those you should have well defined pecs and biceps.

Just depends on a lot of shit. When I was a twig, my record was 72 "technically legal lmao" pushups in 60 seconds. You know what I mean.

But real, clean pushups? Those are hard.

I've been doing push ups lately but I don't focus on how many. I do them on my fists and focus on contracting every muscle to raise myself, rather than just banging them out as fast as possible. Squeeze your pecs and tris as hard as you can for every rep. I can only do 15-20. Quality over quantity, every muscle will be under tension for over a minute.

Is that at the beginning of your chest workout or the end?

    You don't know weakness anon...
    >can't do more than 3 pushups because the thin bone on my forearm(the one close to the thumb) hurts like a b***h afterwards.
    >also hurts when carrying shit like my cast iron pan
I hope that after losing 30-40kg it will be easier to do them, in the mean time, only push-up bars and knucklepushups for me.

Goku did 10000 handstand pushups in 100G. (Freeza saga). If we consider a handstand pushup to be 10x harder than a regular push up, then he could probably do 10 million pushups in a row.

    Work harder.

    strength =/ muscular endurance

The amount of total reps you are able to do on a given exercise has less to do with your strength and more to do with muscular endurance the higher the rep count. In other words, you could probably find guys who can bench 2x their bw, but can't do 50 pushups because they only train in a low rep range (which is what is needed to become stronger).
