No, no, no I have the legitimate answer. Sit and sleep on the floor. If you don't use couches, chairs, or beds to relax, your body finds all these fluid postures and movements to do everything on the floor. You were once very good at this, as a kid, you rolled around squatted, tucked your chin up to your face etc.
Seriously, yes it's very unconventional and 90% of you won't do it, and it is weird, but I do it and it 100% works. It's couches, chairs and beds that mold the body in weird positions. Cultures that use the floor a lot more, i.e certain asian cultures and middle eastern ones have characteristic good posture, as well as the ability to do the "asian squat". If you can't do that comfortably it's not genetics, it's misalignment caused by lazing in furniture.
This becomes more and more important as you get older. In western cultures old people will spend the last like 30 years of life practically never sitting on the floor and as a result when they fall down, often they can barely get up. A lot of paramedic calls are just al old lady that physically can't get herself off the floor. This problem doesn't exist in asian cultures unless the person is crippled or so so old they're dying.
It really works, I do most things on the floor now including right now, i'm sitting like picrel currently but you'll move around a lot in to all the natural postures you used to do as a kid. compare all that variety and movement with the mere handful of ways you sit on a chair. it's bad to be in that posture to much. my posture is really good now but before it was bad, not terrible but common western bad. I hope you believe me, this is the answer.
And you'll get really comfortable with it, I don't miss furniture.

Get to 4 plate deadlift, 2 plate OHP (form as described) and be able to do 10 full deadhang, sternum to bar chinups and your posture will be golden.
