I believe that if someone had an amazing program, diet, and recovery and worked at full intensity consistently they could reach this is 5 years minimum maybe 7 years if they don't take it as serious. IMO what makes his physique great is it's well balanced and his insertions are top tier. If you had insertions like this you'd be able to look like that natty but you'd have to put an insane amount of work in. Maybe not being this lean all year round either but for the summer months sure
