Imo steroids should be normalized, hell even encouraged in combat sports. The 10% to punching power is negligible, the main advantage to roids is their ability to aid recovery. It's kind of cruel to prevent people who get punched and bonebroken for a living from using everything their can to repair their bodies.

Steroids also increase strength and endurance for grappling, more output of strikes, increases tolerance to punches as well. IF anything steroids pushes the body to higher extremes both during training, internally but also trough meeting other roided up dudes who do more damage to the body trough strikes
