OP here, forgot to mention that my training routine is 3x10 dragon dildos up my ass 5 times a week, do you think its too much? Should I add more rest days?
today (day after i overtrained yesterday) ive been super clumsy like a fucking parkinsons patient
while i was shitting i even accidentally dropped a piece of soiled tp and it landed on my jeans face down, but i dont think the shit part actually touched my pants somehow
i woke up feeling like absolute ass and i know im prob going to be sore tomorrow too
like to the point where im relying on adrenaline to finish my lifts and to the point of failure, so that after the workout i just feel like total shit
and then i sleep like shit, and when i wake up i feel like shit and im sore
when i dont overtrain i feel really good almost euphoric immediately after a workout

Overtraining gives me the same feels as anxiety does. Feels like my nervous system is completely shot.
