yes, just like in the real world prison food is devoid of any real protein. there is commissary and shit but honestly, its just more feasible to get your protein from other sources. people tend to forget bread contains protein, vegetables contain protein, etc... yes in terribly small amounts, so eat more and more of them lol. thats why you only ever see 2 types of natty dudes in prison, skinny shredded lean frickers and fat swole dudes.
