Is this the holy grail to avoid hitting the wall as a man? Of course I'm talking about using such drugs BEFORE you get fat/bald/wrinkles in the first place, prevention is the only cure. I hope fat people continue to become guinea pigs and take their semaglutide shots, we need more information about side effects and long term effectiveness, I still don't know what is true and what is a meme. I'm not keen on adding steroids to the list because they destroy your body in the long run, it's better to stay natty but I'm open to be proven wrong.

He is from the same town as me. Sun exposure is good, but needs to be regulated by sunscreen. If you can't get a tan wearing sunscreen you aren't getting enough sun.

More or less. Men wall out to three things:

    1. Balding.
    2. Obesity.
    3. Alcohol.

If you can avoid these three then you'll transition from a handsome younger man to a handsome older man. If you were never a handsome younger man you were doomed from the start.

As a man, you're fine with some wrinkles in your 30's and 40's. This really isn't your concern and a lot of girls like it when you look more mature. You just need to not be full on tanning or some shit. If you're a white guy you can walk outside in the sun shirtless for twenty minutes around mid day and get enough sun exposure to max out your vitamin d gains for the day and never come close to causing any damage.

Thyroid cancer. Cool. You don't hit the wall cuz u die before u can hit it.
    >Finasteride.
Cope for baldies. Either get a hair trasplant or just don't give a frick.
    >Sunscreen.
Yeah, blocking vitamin D and melanin production will save your live. Despite the invention of sunscreen and the increase of UV-blocking factor (from max. 5 to 50+), melanoma and other cancers are more frequent. Cope.

    Go keto.
    Be a man.
Get you solar callus during autumn, winter and spring. And ffs, don't burn yourself.
