Ozempic is a drug for diabetes that everyone from the Hollywood stars to the trailer trash moms are using to lose weight/fat.

Ive run sema like 3 times now, low doses .25-.5mg per every 5 days. It is definitely useful and I am able to build muscle while on it.
Not the best solution, but for me it is useful to drag myself out of poor eating habits, where I can then continue to cut without it. Good for building habits but frankly if you’re not obese you probably shouldn’t use it much. I’ve gotten way further from just learning to eat better, fasting, etc
You lose muscles on ozempic as well
In weight loss do you not lose muscles as well? I assume you would try and fight this with resistance training
Well purpose of a cut is to try maintain as much muscle possible while losing fat. That's why you consume a lot of protein on a cut
Clenbuterol. It increases basically exclusively fat metabolism. Take that with some test and maybe var and winstrol and you have an insanely good cut.

It lowers A1C significantly so for those with insulin resistance, it helps a lot.
While this Lebanese study did show a reduction in weight, it wasn't head to head against ozempic and ozempic produces much stronger weight loss numbers.

I use 2.5mg of tirzepatide. It doesn't completely keep me from wanting to eat, but it does make the cravings voice in my head during a cut much more manageable.
Semaglutide, low dose HGH, 250 mg of test with some Var or Winstrol and EQ is the money cutting stack unless you want to up your game with Tren in lieu of EQ.
family member used to be really heavy, not obese but fat. Took ozempic for a couple months and they look completely different. It worked wonders as well as consistent gym training and a better diet that I helped out with. Would recommend OP

bo1 is one of my favourite games ever. bo3 was great and bo4 was decently fun. bo2 was a massive disappointment after bo1. i hated the futuristic setting and the zombies sucked. i still resent bo2 but i concede that the multiplayer was good.
