Nope. The oils they use in almost all of the commercial stuff is trash, but they also fill it with other chemicals nobody should be eating. Just eat real food. I don't know how this is hard.
Peanut butter is real food you dope. It’s literally just roasted peanuts blended. You can literally make your own by throwing some peanuts in the over for like 5 minutes and putting them in a food processor until it turns to peanut butter.
If you buy organic, the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. Hell, even the commercialized stuff (Skippy) don’t put much else in (I think just palm oil and a little sugar)

Not really, i used to have a teaspoon of pb on a daily basis, either with breakfast or preworkout. But when cutting I would rather put those 100cal to something more filling.

When grown, peanuts require fricktons of fungicides to keep from growing a fungus that is toxic to humans. So in their less tampered state they are host to something poisonous. Personally I don't, and I also don't eat any other legumes for that matter. If you desperately want to eat peanut butter go for the unprocessed kinds, or maybe just get your protein from better sources.

I went to a nutritionist a while ago who suggested I switch from peanut butter to almond butter because she thought peanut butter was more estrogenic than almond butter. Sounds like bro science over thinking bullshit to me but I'm gonna try and switch to almond butter for a bit. Hopefully the taste isn't much worse.
