      They are not. One cup of peas is around the same amount of protein as a single egg. Peas are also high FODMAP, basically meaning they are not easy to digest because the intestines absorb the kind of carbs they are poorly, which in easier terms means you will get indigestion, bloating, and gassy and farty if you eat too many.
      So go ahead and eat 2x the volume of food and get sick and bloated instead of just eating meat if you really want to.

      They're also insanely high in calories. I think this is a troll post.
