“High Metabolism triumphs Cico” lmao. Guaranteed Diabetes. Restrictive dieting is stupid. You can lose or maintain weight as long as you track calories. Use a tracker app for food and exercise instead of thinking eating “natural” is best. Fricking moronic, if you lived without modern medicine you would have died long ago. “Muh times were better back then” grifters like BAP would have been peasants who died of illness or raids.
illiterate or ignorant. either way.

Tldr
Tracking calories is for homosexuals.
I drink a pint of heavy cream every morning and I'm still losing weight.
Sue me.
You’re full of shit. Heavy cream is 50cals minimum a tablespoon and a pint is 32tbsp so that’s 1600 calories easily. I use heavy cream in my coffee
Kek. I love seeing CICO babies seethe.
Enjoy starving yourself.

Peat doesn't think this though, there's nothing natural about orange juice, mexican cola, and ice cream
That isn’t how green text works. and as close to natural as possible (within reason) is best. Whole foods minimal processing, within reason.
Black person. he directly quoted him. you do not belong here.
What's the peat reasoning for cane sugar over HFCS?
early hfcs processing left raw corn starch in the end product, which is toxic. this has been corrected and he changed his stance on this over the years.
>Restrictive dieting is stupid.
wdym? just intuitively eat whatever you want all the time?
>no almonds
>American cola
Truly activated, whoever did this is a proficient baiter.
>don't eat processed garbage
>don't eat foods produced with processed garbage (e.g. grains grown with herbicides, pesticides, etc, or cattle raised entirely on said grains)
>vary protein intake to include things like collagen and vitamin-dense offal (eat the whole animal)
>eat root vegetables
So if you eat real, natural, whole foods, and don't poison yourself with chemicals, you'll be 90% there, right?
My ancestors ate mostly fish, root vegetables, dairy, and some occasional ruminant meat (including stews). I find that diet composition to be pretty comfy for me, and it lines up pretty well as far as I can tell.
>muh ancestors
great way to filter brainlet posts.
>evolution, adaptation, and genetics aren't real
>trust The Science instead
great way to filter 100 IQ midwits
trust the scientists that tell you what your ancestors did though.
Low energy bait like this is a sign of poor metabolism. Post thyroid panel OP, let’s see how healthy you are.
Peating is the only way
