I have normal erections, but:
I have a problem where my penis very often "hardens" but doesn't increase size. It is known as "hard flaccid". Sometimes it contracts so much that it stays really tiny for a period of time (It happens especially when I exercise or when I walk). I went to a doctor but he said everything was ok and I did not need to worry about it. I do not know if I have it exactly but I have 90% of the symptoms ( hard flaccid). My problem is way worse when standing/walking than sitting/lying. I try to do 5/10mins of pelvic floor stretching daily. I also have poor blood flow genetics, my blood flow really sucks (probably worsens my problem). I am a fit guy who goes to the gym 4 times a week for almost 2 years and I have a 9.5/10 healthy lifestyle, it is really hard to improve more in that aspect. But my problem does not seem to improve. I really need your honest help, this messes up with my mental health a lot.

Do you have no potassium in your diet or too much sodium? Either way see if it goes away with 2 asprin and a heat wrap. You might have extensive vascular issues otherwise
I would consider my intakes pretty healthy. When I am laying down, I almost never have this problem. Ehat can be causing this? It might be a contracted muscle or nerve

hey i had the same problem from an injury, the only thing that has helped is taking a medication and keeping it warm and relaxed 24/7. I wear like 2-3 layers of boxers with my pants and it's improved a lot. I used to not be able to wear jeans now I can wear them anytime I want, no where near 100% but much better then i was awhile ago.
the medication i take is baclofen 10mg twice a day, i'd recommend skipping it though as I've tried coming off it recently and withdrawal sucks even with low grade pharmaceuticals
