PENIS PROBLEMS. PLEASE HELP

I have normal erections, but:
I have a problem where my penis very often "hardens" but doesn't increase size. It is known as "hard flaccid". Sometimes it contracts so much that it stays really tiny for a period of time (It happens especially when I exercise or when I walk). I went to a doctor but he said everything was ok and I did not need to worry about it. I do not know if I have it exactly but I have 90% of the symptoms ( hard flaccid). My problem is way worse when standing/walking than sitting/lying. I try to do 5/10mins of pelvic floor stretching daily. I also have poor blood flow genetics, my blood flow really sucks (probably worsens my problem). I am a fit guy who goes to the gym 4 times a week for almost 2 years and I have a 9.5/10 healthy lifestyle, it is really hard to improve more in that aspect. But my problem does not seem to improve. I really need your honest help, this messes up with my mental health a lot.

        Do you have no potassium in your diet or too much sodium? Either way see if it goes away with 2 asprin and a heat wrap. You might have extensive vascular issues otherwise

        In case you accidentally squeezed the shit out of the dick muscles so the blood flows but it's like an athletic injury to your dick so it doesn't fill up with blood right. 2-4 weeks would probably be enough time to tell.     hey i had the same problem from an injury, the only thing that has helped is taking a medication and keeping it warm and relaxed 24/7. I wear like 2-3 layers of boxers with my pants and it's improved a lot. I used to not be able to wear jeans now I can wear them anytime I want, no where near 100% but much better then i was awhile ago.

    the medication i take is baclofen 10mg twice a day, i'd recommend skipping it though as I've tried coming off it recently and withdrawal sucks even with low grade pharmaceuticals

    This is a reflex that I also have. It happens when my prostate gets stimulated while taking a shit sometimes. Or nearly every time if my prostate is full to burst.
    It's a documented thing, has wikipedia article, but I think it's rare and poorly studied. Supposedly in the past it would help your dick not get mangled if you got jumped by a leopard or something. Are clawed beasts appearing in front of you in your daily life, OP?

    In general, lower body fat and a good cardio help a lot with dick issues, so need to make an habit of running (30 mins-1 hour 3 days per week with is fine).

    Also, going cold turkey on jerking off and porn to do a "reset" can be nice, I won't say masturbation or pornography is evil but if you've been at it for a long time and you squeeze the shit out of your dick when you do it, it doesn't help, so you need a reset, at least go a month off.

    There's also a whole community out there of dick improovers who uses pumps or weird techniques and shit and they say it improves size and hardness but IFK know about that and I don't think you should worry about it for now, first fix the "hard flacid thing".

    Also, get another medical opinion, no way a doctor sees a shitty hard flacid erections and tells you "it's fine lol", you can't have sex like that bro, it needs fixing. They may give you pills which is whole other can of worms, but they may also try to find out the problem?

    pretty sure your dick is supposed to contract when you're stressed, at least mine always has. and it sounds like you've caught yourself in like a stress feedback loop from worrying about it.
    seeing a proper urologist would probably make you feel better just from having someone who knows their shit advising you instead of some anon or a general physician who's spread thin across the whole spectrum of health issues.
