The exact opposite is true in my experience. Good looking people are constantly getting chased after by everyone, and that gives them a massive ego and turns them into a douche. Whereas ugly people like me are desperate for human affection and approval, and so we're uber nice pushovers that get taken advantage of and mistreated.

It's funny I have an extremely strong jaw but when I don't shave it hides it somewhat. People treat me differently based on this minor cosmetic change alone.
For instance:
I needed to get my license renewed at the DMV. I walked in and there was a 4 hour wait time. Because I shaved earlier I looked chadly. The guy at the front gave me a ticket to wait. I said that "I had somewhere to be", he totally accommodated me and said he'd keep my number. When I got back two hours later he got me in immediately. Turns out he scheduled an appointment for me impromptu when the wait time was 7 days.
That never would've happened if I didn't look good. DMV employees are universally c**ts in most cases. When you look good people FEEL you deserve more and just give you free shit and go out of their way to accomodate.
I got a manager's job with no prior experience just because a boomer roastoid "liked my energy" which means I looked chadly.
