>people bring up my weight loss
>always ask "how did you do it"?
What do they mean by this? It's obviously just diet and exercise but I'm standing there thinking they want me to give them some miracle cure to being overweight.

they just want to hear that you started to run or lift weights or whatever it is you did and ate
Nobody wants to hear what they've heard their whole life. It's absurd how upset people get when you tell them how simple it actually is and that they've intuitively known how to all their lives. Just get ready for the incoming copium such as
>I don't have time for that, I'm too busy
>That's so boring to me, I much rather do something else, I'm too interesting
>I've tried but it doesn't work for me
And my favorite
>I like my body the way it is, to me you're the one that looks weird
It's usually not being able to give up something. Sugar is a popular one.
To be fair you can still eat doughnuts and stuff it just requires a few more minutes on the treadmill a week
>a few more minutes
You wish
Bro I mean like one or two lmao I'm not moronic enough to believe ten minutes on the treadmill is enough to balance out an entire dozen doughnuts
Depends on the donuts. Those few minutes might be not enough even for half of it.
One donut has 270cal. That's about an hour on the treadmill or 30minutes on the stairs. Both at a moderate pace. Just don't eat the donuts and you don't have to struggle.
That's what I meant. Don't try to blame me.
Yeah we could stop the whole obesity epidemic simply by collectively quitting alcohol and sugar and using our legs as our transport as they're supposed to be used a bit further than just from a bed to the fridge and back.
I would love to hear something new, like how to deal with hunger.
Just eat protein on all your meals. That's literally it. I'm not a fatto I'm just cutting to look more shredded for February. Yesterday I only ate around 1400 cals without ever feeling hunger, infact I thought I had over eaten
>Breakfast
4 egg omelette
1 Toast with honey
>Lunch
Whey scoop
400ml 1%milk
2 bananas
>Supper
200ml milk
>Dinner
260g lean beef
2 onions
Increase the volume of your meals with low calorie greens like spinach or shredded lettuce
Fricking this. Eating got so much easier once I started adding fillers like spinach and kale to everything.
It's just a feeling in your stomach you pussy. Just live with it. Or go to sleep or drink water, or do nothing. Eventually goes away after a while anyway.
Pretty fricking easy tbh
Just get used to it. Hunger is good. Hunger is normal.
When I started my fitness journey I got laughed at by a fat female friend. Fat people are toxic like smokers to those deciding to quit smoking. They will hold you down to feel better for themselves. They can tolerate fit people like smokers tolerate non smokers but if you're a smoker and quitting they hate you
Tell them "Well i just like put down my fork you know. Its easy just putting it down you know what i mean?"
Normies aren't ready for the truth. The truth is you have to stop eating seed oils which means ALL products containing grains or any sort of baking/process. Then there's pesticides/herbicides/antinutrients then you have to stop eating all fruits and vegetables. The things you eat to reach a healthy body are just meat, eggs, and dairy. No fats will be able to commit to that even if the meats are incredibly tasty.
