Exactly what you expect. Eggs cooked in a rice cooker with the rice, mixed with beef.
      >season it
I already said that I put salt.

homie are you mixing raw ground beef with the rice and eggs?

Yes. What about it? I live in a first world country, it's perfectly fine. I could've had the eggs raw as well but I don't like the texture.

Cooking food lets you absorb the contents better, didn't anyone ever tell you that?

That's why human short intestines are shorter than other predators, they've adapted to dissolving cooked food.

Your body absorbs more from the pre-digested cooked beef than it does from raw beef.

Even though the beef loses some nutritional value in the cooking process, it becomes much more absorbable.

                100% of 15 = 15g

                50% of 20 = 10g

Nowadays it's not about if you have a "source", the system is too corrupt for that. You can find a source for everything and its contrary.
It's about knowing who to trust. Some people trust the CDC, some people trust CNN, some people trust their grandmother, some people trust random weirdos on youtube, some people trust the voices they hear in the walls.

In the end, you will never verify the sources yourself, you will never investigate the matter yourself, so it's about who you choose to trust.

I'm not the smartest guy alive and I'm too lazy to spend a year researching a single question.
So I choose to trust those that are good examples. And reject those that are obviously bad examples.

I do. Demoralized people are not capable to be convinced, demanding sources for them is just another self-deception tactic. You'd pull the "non-authoritative" gambit, or what you just did (no sources lol), so I don't care to share what you can search yourself. But you wouldn't.

You're not with science, you're with authority. You're a mere bootlicker. Never forget this.

False. The only thing missing are dairy and veggies.

Obesity is caused by sugar, oils and saturated fats because it isn't digested properly and sticks to the body longer

They're fine as long as you keep your saturated fat intake to <10% of your daily calories. Beef has inconclusive evidence for its carcinogenic outcomes so eating chicken of equal leanness would likely be less risky, but I don't think eating lean beef will do much of anything to you long term

How do I know how you're going to react? Because you're not a person. You're a slave to your group. Your behavior is already decided.

Ok so I went through all of these articles and none of them have literally anything to do with the healthfulness of meat. They show that neat contains various substances like carnitine and protein and outlines process's like glutathione metabolism and the effect of meat on appetite. Literally zero of any of these have any aspect that confers healthfulness of meat. Literally zero. I gave the example of polyphenols and anythocyanins which are health promoting aspects of plant foods, you gave examples of natural processes and components of meat that are needed for life, and literally one article is just about how red meat doesn't cause stroke. Are you kidding me? Red bull contains b12, doesn't make red bull healthful. Twinkies don't cause stroke, doesn't make them healthful, wheat gluten contains protein, doesnt make it healthful, etc etc.

This place is an absolute trash heap. All you people do is Google "XYZ thing study" and copy past pubmed articles without reading them. I'm unmarking myself from these posts so I don't have to deal with "get rekt btfo gay" replies trying to have the last quick snip. this. 400g of beef depending on fat ranges atleast from 800-1300. 400kcal for 6 eggs. if that rice is measured uncooked, then 175g exceeds 600kcals

Yes, fiber strains your digestive system and makes you bloated.
People think it's a good thing because it prevents your digestive system from doing its job and digesting the sugar quickly and thus prevent huge sugar rush, but since I'm not a sugar addict this does not concern me.

I have 3 variations always grass fed 93% lean beef, always seasoned with MSG and always cooked
    1. about the same, but 450g of beef
    2. Sheppards pie w/o the potatoes. 450g beef, 1 lg sweet onion, 2 large carrots, 1 cup of frozen peas, 1 cup beef broth, then some flour, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire.
    3. S&B extra hot curry, 450g beef, 1 lg onion, 1 lg sweet potatoes

I alternate between 1 and 2 mainly, 3 is more of a treat. I sometimes drop the rice and instead have fruit and milk to round out my carbs.

              Anonymous

              Vegetables for kimchi
              1x Napa cabbage
              2x carrots
              1/2 daikon raddish
              3-4 green onions
Salt (2% of napa cabbage weight)
              For the flavoring paste
              1 small pear
              30g of ginger
              40g of garlic
65g of gochugaru (the korean chilli flakes)
              100ml fish sauce
              25g of rice flour
              50g of water
Salt the chopped napa cabbage and let it sit for at least two hours, mixing it every 30 minutes. Once properly salted, rinse with water and drain well.
Make a slurry from the sticky rice flour and water and heat it on low heat until it forms kind of a jelly paste, let cool down. Blend all the ingredients for paste together. Once blended, taste it and add whatever you feel like it is missing. Should have strong savory taste and should be quite hot. Mix the paste with nappa cabbage and chopped vegetables and make sure all the vegetables are all covered in the paste. Press all that shit in the big jar (I used a big ceramic vessel), pack it tight, no air holes in it. Cover the neck of the jar with cling foil and place rubber band around it. Let sit in the room temp for 3 days, then put it in the fridge. After like a week, start tasting it, should have slight fermented taste and also will smell really bad but you will get used to it.

      >Why even bother with the white rice?
The cost mostly. If I ate only beef and eggs the cost of my daily meal would almost double. That's what I used to do when I lived in Spain and things were cheaper, I made a pizza with just eggs and beef, but now I eat a bit less of beef and eat rice instead for calories.
Also it's easier to make everything with the rice cooker instead of a pan.

Black person are you actually this dumb? Ivermectin is one of the safest most well studied pharmaceuticals we have. It's so safe they let Africans administer it themselves. The homie got a nobel prize for it. You have brain rot.

Maybe you're just a dangerous conspiracy theorist disseminating false information and should be stopped.

I'd drop the rice and eat a whole lettuce head with half a mug of olive oil, and I will have buletproof coffee with coconut oil throughout the day. Carbs are poison.

Idk man seems like there'd be bunch of studies that showed the benefits if it was so widely known, like the trillion studies on vegetables and frutis and anthocyanins and phytonutrients and other plant compounds

What rice cooker do you use?
Recommendation for a rice cooker, or what to look for in one? I just don't want to make a big mess cleaning it, and for it to not burn the rice while I'm away (but keep it warm).
    Please help.

Eggs are not bleached here. I don't live in America.

Those eggs are 100% bleached my guy. Doesn't matter what country you live in.

If you aren't eating organic eggs from pasture-raised chickens then you're doing it wrong.

You are wrong. The eggs I buy are not bleached, I do not live in the US. That's also why I can keep them for a long time, the natural protection layer hasn't been damaged.

eating beef every day is extremely unhealthy long term. Yeah, it won't do much to you while you're young, but eventually you will get heart disease.
