The FDA has warned companies about how they describe and market it, but it's legal to sell as long as you promote it in a very specific way. I think it's banned in a couple of states, though.

It's not a crazy type of high, you just feel relaxed and mellow. You don't feel a concrete withdrawal, but for me I get moody and have trouble sleeping without ever considering it was the drugs that caused it.
I also think the damages of it are overblown by big pharma. This shit could replace Xanax and many others with a fraction of the negative side effects so on every corner of the internet you have people fearmongering about how it's so bad for you

Maybe if used sparingly for networking events and stuff like that, but learning that skill without the use of drugs is a better use of time imo.

call it a placebo but i take ashwagandha on occasion and that seems to help me chill out a bit and that works for me
