Effectively yes. It can't be sold for human consumption like it was before so now it's a grey area research chemical, which many of these companies don't want to be associated with. And this is assuming the FDA doesn't just outright ban it when they feel like it. I've heard people talking about Trafa Pharma as a good source right now. What phenibut does anyway and what doses have you took it? Aren't this is just a nootropic and reducing anxiety mechanism? From my understanding you get very tolerable to it so it is better to not take it longer than 2-3 weeks and then get 1-2 week off
