Me too. Tonight there were a ton of phone users. They have 4 smith machines at PF and at one point all were taken and they were all on their phone. Very inefficient.
Ill check for messages or the time, maybe work emails but i generally prefer to do ab exercises like planks or crunches between sets. Or just something that doesnt really involve the focus of my main lift atm. Ill also check sport scores too if a game is going on that im missing.
