    make sure you're getting a decent amount of sunlight every day, that really helps me perk up a little bit and just makes me feel better all around.

    make sure your actions line up with your genuine beliefs and do the things/be the person that you believe other people should do/be

    an example is do you believe people should be friendly with you? Then be friendly to others. Do you believe you should have friends? If not, then become the kind of person you believe should have friends

    I don't believe people can feel bad if they are genuinely trying to move towards what they want to be. If you believe people shouldn't be coomers, then don't be a coomer, if you believe people should be fit, then be fit. If you believe people should hate Black folk, then start working hard at hurting Black folk. If you believe in family, then reach out to family, etc etc

    If you think you should be smart than read or take classes, if you think you should be social then reach out to people, go to uni, get a weekend job bartending. If you don't believe people should give up, then don't give up!
