Why is he so underdeveloped but his bench so high? Is this the horizon of natty lifting?

125kg is not high if he has good arch and uses as little muscles as possible to perform the lift.

He looks like a tall guy.

It is what it is, some people are 70kg twinks who easily lift 100kg for reps and some people weight 100kg but struggle to push their bodyweight. Doesn't depend on muscularity either, there's Geoffrey Verity guy on youtube who is muscular as frick and probably doesn't bench shit even to this day even if it's more than two plates.

Strength=/=size, especially not anywhere below 4pl8, the variance is huge at that level. He just has good levers, if he gained actual muscle he'd be able to do 4pl8, while people with worse levers (long arms etc) may never go beyond 150kg despite being big

As said, it's mostly levers. Geoffrey Schofield has big muscles but not the most efficient levers, so his muscles perform a lot of work to move the weights, leading to hypertrophy. While a guy like OP has much more efficient proportions and can thus bench quite big weights. It's like doing partial ROM lifts, but across different frames if that makes sense

        That's the most sensible explanation

a lot of strength comes from neural adaptation, I used to squat 150kg and deadlift 200kg at 67kg bw lol, also 80kg ohp

Because he lifts consistently. I hit 3pl8 at 155 pounds because I was lifting 4 days a week for years.

He's from Austrailia so when he's pushing the weight it's actually going down making it easier

Is one or all of the above combined.

Some people are born strong based on limb length, muscle insertions, % of fiber type (fast v slow twitch), androgen receptors, neurological density, condyle shape, etc. The bad news for them is, if they wish to pursue hypertrophy to look good, they will also need to add 200 pounds to their lift before they get any bigger.

This kid is going to have to lift 425 before he "looks big" same as most people will have to build the tissue needed to bench 315. The danger to him is that if ALL his structures are not reall strong (lets say his cartilage is not as geentically gifted as his red muscle tissue) he has to put a lot of stress on thos tissues that may not be able to take it.

We see this a lot with deadlifts, because it is such a natural movemement. A lot of thin looking guys can imemdialty DL a lot - lets say 315 on day one in the gym. But they kjeep looking DYEL iuntil they hit 500, then nthey start to look "sturdier" but not relaly jacked or thicc. I was like this. Naturally strong on the DL, but ttally DYEL for years and years.

Basically, the answer is geentics. Strnegth is a dofferent attribute from hypertrophy/aesthetics, even though the venn doagram frequently overlpas greatly.

      What?

I think some people's tissue is harder to damage than others
people who have ""good genetics"" have soft tissue that tears down all the time. These same people often get injured too

gym lifts don't even translate to real world. I go hiking at a nature trail and pick up this ~200 lbs. rock to chest level for reps. A few weeks ago there were 3 guys there with me. Two of them tried, but couldn't even move it an inch off the ground. They both benched around what I bench.

    Lanklets, when will they learn?

Because lanktards and fatsos think their sub 4pl8 bench is impressive, they are basically lifting their own weight.
I bench 2pl8 at 5'6 139lbs but bench has always been my weak side, deadlifts are my best lift
