You overdosed
having been a great responder to phen, there's no alternative. Best I've found is unironically eating super clean (whole 30), getting up early after 8 hours of sleep, and a cup of coffee but only twice a week so that you actually get the coffee benefits and not the "coffee user" effect. I say that as someone who rarely adheres to any of the above.

adhd friends have their "full dose" at 5mg, which is teh smallest I think they make. if you were doing it for diet purposeses I wouldn't do more than half that, maybe 1/4 of it.

pregabalin, gabapentin, baclofen and GHB are chemically similar and have similar effects to phenibut.
Especially baclofen since it has the same chemical structure of phenibut, except with a chlorine atom which increases the potency o baclofen by at least 10 times over phenibut.

Have you tried microdosing shrooms? The effects aren't the same by any means, but 500mg of shrooms tends to give me somewhat similar benefits to 1.5 to 2g of phenibut.

They have their place. I think they're one of the best drugs out there. I've done them off and on for 5 years. I have never abused them or had withdrawals taking 6 months break etc. Never more than once every 2 weeks. Just a nice chill time with them.
I'm not who you're replying to but I agree with him, although they're not as bad as benzos 100%. I was prescribed pregabalin and took it every day and the withdrawals off that were just completely something else. Comparable to a milder benzo withdrawal, it was just awful for weeks. Withdrawals from sporadic use would obviously be easier but its nothing to take lightly

i came off probably a ~3.5 month binge of phenibut (multiple grams a day, up to 5-6) and after 1 week I was gucci. the withdrawals are no joke but can also be managed and the benefits of phenibut are just too good to pass up right now.
Its a fun little nootropic from time to time. Also, not immediately addictive which I like. I get hooked on substances pretty quickly if they are pleasureable. But for some reason, I don't get addicted to phenny. The first time you take it is really something else. Take 1g for your first time, and be rdy to be holding court all night. You will also get the best sleep of your life.
