    Evening fit enjoyer here....mainly cause thats the only time i can because of work...i usually go at 530pm for 40-60mins
    ...i must be used to it because even in the weekends i still prefer to go in the evening tho its usually a bit earlier, bout 4ish

    If I want to go to the gym it has to be mornings, there's no other time to fit it in.
    Gym day goes like this
    >Wake up at 5am
    >Get to the gym by 6 (gym is close to work)
    >Work out
    >Work
    >Get home at 6pm
    >Wife has food on the table
    >Play with kids and put them to bed
    >8pm
    >Clean house
    >9pm
    >Spend time with wife or hobbies for an hour
