Piss Tax

You go to the bathroom 10-12 times a day. The only gains you are getting is minor cardio while you walk to the toilet.
Invest in an over the door pull up bar. Every time you go piss or shit, you do 5-10 pull ups.
Boom now you are doing 50-100 pull ups a day.
I have been doing this for over two months now and I have made more progress at home pissing than trying to motivate myself to go to the gym.

    I hope you mean BEFORE pissing/shitting, and not after, in order to ensure weighted pullups instead of dyel empty bodyweight pullups
    Plus, if you really have to pee you will engage your abs and core to avoid pissing yourself, and the pullup form will be better
