    The most I can do is a standard, classic Little Caesar's hot-and-ready (nothing extra, just water for a drink), and I'd feel like I'd be ready to explode. I'd have to be starving when I did it, and I couldn't eat anything else that day either.

      Pizza in one sitting is completely doable, honestly any large amount of savory food is imo. Better metric is super sweet stuff. If you can stuff down candy, icing, cake, soda, whatever with little issue then you're fat as shit. I used to be able to go through at least half a cake with buttercream frosting and now I get sick after even a slice. Fruit is fine but if you're regularly packing away that stuff you're obese.

        That really depends on the toppings, doesn't it? Looking at Caesars info, all of their pizzas including cheese has more than 90 calories. That's for the entire "large" pizza.
        The important thing isn't the protein content. It's protein to calorie ratio. You got to eat over 2000 calories to get that 90 grams. That's less than 5%. You'd be better off eating straight quinoa, you'd get the same ratio but more nutrition.

    I used to get two mediums, eat 'em both (I think they were $7 or something) with a protein shake when I was squatting and deadlifting 3-4 days a week. I now live away from cheap corn syrup pizza and have never had more than a 34" waist (presently 34" waist 210).

      When I was a kid, I’d watch Avatar The Last Airbender a lot, and if y’all know Avatar, you know about Toph, that blind Earthbender girl that joins the gang around the second episode I think. I ended up watching the series so many times to the point where I memorized and remembered what episodes have explicit shots of Toph’s feet in them. I can’t name any episodes right now off the top of my head but if I get a couple clips of the episode, I can tell you it has shots of Toph’s feet. They go into a bar and start asking around the place to find out where the library is and the gang finds a guy and while they’re talking it out with the guy, Toph is sitting on a chair with her feet up on a table and like her fricking dirty ass soles take up at least half of the damn frame.

    Make your own pizza. I buy months worth of bread flour when it's on sale. I make my own sauce from bulk herbs and store brand crushed tomatoes. There's one store in the Arab part of town that has quality pepperoni really cheap (I know this makes no sense.) I buy Wisconsin brick cheese from the restaurant supply store.
    I can make pic related for about what you'd pay for a shitty large round from your local chain store. I'm also not getting the brominated flour or added sugar and oil.
    Only downside is that it's by no means low calorie, and if I'm not careful I eat way to much, so I only make enough to feed those people who are physically present.
    I could eat that entire thing, easy, but it would be a very bad idea.

        Pizza steel, cast iron pan. You can use the range top if the top is done and the bottom isn't brown enough. I bake at 450f because any higher and I might poison my bird.
        (This actually happened, and we had a big scare. She was listless and unresponsive for hours. The real problem was air fry drippings cooking off and emitting gas. Now that the oven is cleaned I could probably cook at 550, but I'm not chancing it. I love my bird too much.)

    Back in uni we would eat the most goyslop nightmare creations from dominoes. One was the "double decadence dominator meat feast" which basically involved drinking the pizza rather than eating it.

    Nowadays I can probably do half a margarita if I've been to the gym earlier in the day. If not its two slices and some chicken dippers. After that I genuinely need to drink about four litres of water because of all the salt and therefore aren't hungry anymore.

    My real kryptonite is Greek/Turkish grill style things. I could eat lamb kofte for days with salad, humous and pita. Thankfully it's too expensive to be a staple from the local restaurant and they don't do takeway.

      A medium cheese is 1700?
      Just fast for 14 hours and you've undone the "damage."

      An average large pizza is 2400 calories, lets assume youre on an 1800 calorie diet.

      If you ate a large pizza one day of that week ON TOP of eating your 1800 calories that day (which isnt realistic but we'll say it is for the sake of argument), then youve added 342 average calories a day to your energy which means you ate essentially 2142 calories a day that week, which for most people is eating at maintenance. So depending on your size you wouldnt be setting yourself back at all, just not making progress.

    What size we talking? 9'? 12? 15? I can handle a nine, especially after some beers, but bigger than that and I usually need to wait quite awhile before I go back for more
