Just about 2 weeks in
- nothing
- tucked planche
>I am here
- advanced tucked planche
- planche
Making good progress. I can hold a tucked planche and I'm working on rounding my back more as I lift myself higher for the advanced tuck. I can sort of hit an advanced tuck, but my back is too straight so my body dips below my hands.
height(in cm)/weight(in kg)?
170cm and 70kg
>my gf is taller than that
regardless, good job anon. I believe in you!
>tfw 178cm / 101kg
im never gonna be able to do this, i like being massive
>I can hold a tucked planche
For how long, you were at 5 seconds a week or so ago? Isn’t this week three for you already
Timeline is pretty shifted. I officially started 2 weeks ago but I've been posting about it for 3.
Didn't count this time around, but it did feel like 10 to 15 seconds. My straight arm strength is getting stronger and stronger.
You posted you were two weeks in last week, that’s why I asked. Three month schedule to full planche still in the sights?
Well basically I'm giving myself until mid August. Let's just say the 15th
It's still in sights. I'm making explosive progress and I'm about to have a month off of work. So I'll have 1 month to practice 5 times a week
Okay, go for it
its gonna take you years
I'm getting it done in 3 months
Kek here we go again
But im serious though
Well I don’t doubt you’re serious about achieving a planche, but no one seriously expects you to do it after three months of training
Yeah well better think again.
You dont underdtsnd how difficult a planche is. It takes many years to develop the necessary tendon and straight arm strength, as well as balance and coordination. Also you're supposed to progress to straddle planche before you can do a full planche
Ok that's why I'm training. It's never taken me year"s" to do any single 1 thing. If this takes a normal person years. I can get it done much faster
>It's never taken me year"s" to do any single 1 thing.
Confirmed trolling, this whole planche thing is one big troll for (you’s)
Since you know my whole life, please tell me what took me more than a year to accomplish?
Come on, you can’t think of anything that would take you more than one year to accomplish? Should we take you seriously if you claimed you could run a sub 10 sec 100m in a less than a year? Deadlift 800 pounds? Or any other elite level accomplishment.
I never attempted to do those things so they did not take me a year to accomplish. Part of my expectations for myself is understanding my own capabilities. Only set goals you can hit in a reasonable amount of time
I want to bend you over like the feminine twink you are and rape your anus until it's raw and bloody and cum all over your stupid twink face in the planche isometric while spraying semen and blood into your fricking body

Can you do Handstands though?
I never tried to do them. But I'm sure I can after a month of training the technique
Probably in a week, just practice with a cushion for your head so you can get the feel of being upside down.
Start with frogstands/headstands first with the cushioning method first, your skill progression is not typical lmao, usually people first get a handstand then then go to planche when it comes to calisthenics.
True. Once I get the planche handstands will be next I guess. Just to handstand planche pushup
What helped me progress a lot was tucked plance pushups and handstand pushups
I experimented with diamond pushup hand placement during handstands
I only did diamond lushups before
Is tucked plance like crow pose or do the legs not rest on the arms?
