NOOOOOO 🙁
Onions, broccoli, and carrots are the best vegetables fight me
Potatoes
Parsley root completely mogs carrots when cooked, the only advantage carrots have is that they can be eaten raw.
True. You can still eat parsley root raw though. Same with celeriac. Tasty af.
please bros..

Looks fine, never had that type of fish before, but if you enjoy it it's a balanced meal. My plates often look the same, 1/3 protein, 1/3 veg (low calorie but filling), 1/3 some sort of carb/starch.
Looks good. Dunno about msg, I just avoid it, things taste intense enough if you don't get used to msg in the first place.
looks good, but lets be honest here, that fish has very little protein in it, fish itself doesnt have much and that small piece doesnt really cut it in terms of protein goals
It’s perfectly fine. I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy brown rice but there’s nothing wrong with it either way.
Great. I'd double the fish because it's so thin, so really not much protein there.
Typical slave meal devoid of fat and micronutrients and rich in fiber
>Tbsp olive oil
>Fish fats
Wrong.
That is plant oil not saturated animal fat which contains vitamins
