please help my lifts are fucked

>cut at 1600 calories a day
>lift and try to progress with lots of AMRAP
>suddenly unable to even lift the barbell or do a single dip or more than 2 pushups
>been like this for 2 weeks now
what gives? did i cut weight too hard? i just wanted this physique but i havent been able to lift anything for 2 weeks so my muscles are probably gone

    Tbh when you're on a deficit, if you're trying to maintain strength, it helps to do lower volume, heavier weight.

    If you're wanting to maintain or even gain while eating at a caloric deficit, you need to really dial in both diet and training.

    Because it seems like you didn't do a proper bulk to gain muscle, and therefore lost what little muscle you had on a cut

    You’re cutting way too fast and burning muscle instead of fat. Try 1900 calories for awhile until you stop losing weight.

    You need to do a similar routine to the one used to build muscle when losing weight as when gaining weight. You may have to back off the volume, but only do that if you actually need to to recover. Otherwise, try to keep weight and volume up or even improve if possible.

        if you cut from skinnyfat before actually having gained muscle you will just end up more skinnyfatty and eventually auschwitz mode. just take the L, bulk and lift hard as frick for a year or so and then cut. you're not magically gonna go from skinnyfat to ottermode on a fricking 1600kcal diet lmao
