Please tell me it will be okay. I have had tennis elbow for almost 6 months. If I Clench my fist and do anything my elbow kills. It says it can take months to TWO YEARS to resolve. And no I won't stop working out. So realistically how long until it goes away. Have you ever had this?
Your doctor is a moronic lazy piece of shit. Go to a sports rehab place and let them fix you up. Its not going to be instant but that shit works wonders
That girl in the sailor outfit is a prostitute yet she still has male suitors who pine after her. The world is a fricked up place.
Go to the gym Black person
I would literally kill you for one of her farts in a jar
I’d shove you into a jar and fart in myself before you could even lay a finger on me
How dare you, Dasha is a pure trad girl
She is my future wife sir please do not
i had this after my first year of lifting. i stopped doing pullups (fat frick) and started wearing a compression sleeve for a few months and it went away. at the time i was working in a deli though so it may have been some kind of RSI from slicing for 5 hours straight every day so idk
Yes. Give it a few day's rest, then do the movement that make it flare up but with not enough weight to make it angry. For me this was the negative of curls and reverse curls with 5lb dumbbells. When I warmed them up like this, I was able to climb without them hurting, so long as I didn't work near my limit. As time goes on it'll feel better and better until you forget about it.
what a cute girl... i sure hope her body count is lower than 100...
Dasha is so fricking cute in that video..her laughs kill me
.
I've had it for almost 2 years I think. I bought an elbow brace that keeps my arm straight. Hopefully this works
is that the russian troony homosexual?
No it's the beautiful and talented actress Dasha Nekrasova
I've had it in both elbows at different times and it's a b***h to get rid of, but you can speed things up enormously by:
1. Stop doing the things that aggravate it (duh).
2. Doing the correct physio rehab exercises. Look them up there are many, it's just a case of finding what works.
3. GENTLY stretching the affected area frequently.
Daamn she ugly as hell when she's not blonde. Man I've been duped again by girls with highlights. baka
I never realised she wasn’t wearing a bra under her shirt in this video before. Oh yes…. god yes……..
I got some elbow / wrist flexor tendinopathy from too much hanging and weighted pullups. It was bothering me for 9 months before I went to see a physical therapist. It got a lot better within a few weeks of doing wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, and overhead tricep extensions (all with just a 5 lb dumbbell) every day; probably took a couple months to go away completely. It's a very good idea to keep doing your physical therapy exercises regularly for a while (like maybe as long as a year or more) after the pain stops, to prevent the injury from recurring.
Sounds like you ignored the signs and initial discomfort and got yourself chronically fricked up.
Good reminder to all of us if something feels wrong, stop doing it and aggravating it even more.
