If you're already bald, absolutely not. If you have androgenic alopecia and see some thinning, all you can really do is apply rogaine on your scalp or take finastride. But those can potentially kill your sex drive, and it lead to a slow death to your hair

The societal norm for the male, however, is that he's disposable, and only useful when he can provide or care. He needs to constantly strive for validation and affection, while the female does not.
