    The recommended daily intake for fibre is 30g and I consume about 40g. All my shits are perfect in colour, shape, consistency, and ease of shitting them out. I never feel any pressure, pain, or discomfort when shitting or when I need to shit. It’s easy to get lots of fibre. The two slices of toast I eat every morning have about 6g fibre each, plus the 12 or so I get from my 5 servings of vegetables for dinner, the beans I have with my eggs, and the heathy bran cereal, and much more. You don’t need fibre pills if your diet is already leaning towards high fibre foods.

    enough protein to start gluconeogenesis, 1 meal a day to have 1 insulin spike a day, so metabolically flexible, blood glucose rock steady (had it checked under stress) the only thing you have to tinker with is fat/protein intake: too much fat results in runs, too much protein in hard shits, once you figure that out you shit once a day, PERFECT SHITS, soft, not messy, extremely easy to pass and almost no cleaning needed (use a bidet don't wipe with the tpjew).
    rarely i have cheese or fruits, wildberries in season, they do speed up the shits but no change in quality.
