Chicken breast costs the same, has more protein and less fat per kg.
It's not as tasty, but with the extra caloric budget you can throw on some herbed butter.

      >muh chicken breast
      No thanks, troony.

      >"Early in his Michigan tenure, Harbaugh pulled Speight aside and told him not to eat chicken, a protein that is considered fairly safe by nutritionists," Hayes wrote. "When Speight asked why, Harbaugh said, 'because it's a nervous bird.'"

      >"He thinks some type of sickness injected its way into the human population when people began eating white meats instead of beef and pork," Speight, now at UCLA, told Bleacher Report. "And he believes it, 100 percent."

what the frick do I even make with pork? I've literally never eaten it in my life for no real reason other than we didn't buy it in my house. Does it taste the same as beef mince if I use it in a pasta?

Meatballs: Mix equal parts of beef and pork together, adds herbs, salt, breadcrumbs, garlic mince. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes, then add to pasta sauce

Good mixed with venison, probably other things too, but Bambi and Porky make good bedfellows for sausages, meatloaf, patties, loose. Any way you'd serve ground cattle really.

you mean youve never had ground pork? or any pork period?
good non-ground pork products that taste delicious are things like bacon, ham and ribs
if you mean ground pork, mix it with some gorund sirloin and make the best burgers of your life

Pork is great. Not as good as beef or eggs, but probably better than chicken. Add it into the mix. Eggs are probably king, though. For price v. digestibility.

high in pufa sadly because pigs are fed sneed oils and s o y and they are not ruminants so they can't convert pufa to sfa
So either go with a really lean cut and add butter or coconut oil when you cook it, or eat the fatty cut but don't eat it often.
