I do a PPL routine 3-4x a week. The specific routine doesnt matter that much, just hit Back/Bi's, Chest/Tri's and Legs/Ass 8-12 reps or 5 for compounds.
Walk 10k steps a day, preferably after meals. I eat 3400-3800kcal a day, 1000kcal overnight oats are great but fairly clean and high carb/protein, mid/low fats works for me. Don't forget pullups and dips
Probably, I'm 6'1 77.5kg maintaining around 8-10% bf and I've been 60kg b4 lifting and have high metabolism so its actually hard to gain a bit more fat
