This is arguable, you could inject synthol and gain mass on a deficit like that

Do you know what mass means

        >Mass is a measurement of the amount of matter in some object.
If I swallow 10kg of rocks, I gain 10kg of mass (for the time being)

You need a caloric deficit to lose mass.

Acquire: Most often used in the context of obtaining something of value (or some knowledge/skill of value). It's typically used in the context of obtaining something that is highly valued or difficult to get, like a famous painting or the ability to speak another language.

Gain: Most often used in the context of obtaining more of something than you already have. For example: "he gained more weight last month". So it's typically used when expressing relative increases in an amount. It can also be used in the context of 'gaining entry' into somewhere which basically means to get inside somewhere that was locked or secured in some way.

Actually 'gain' fits the context best so frick you

    Honestly doctors are useless scammers
They are better than you only because they have expensive instruments to check your health but otherwise you are better off finding info online by yourself

    Consider the following:

Protein is a necessary part of the diet that repairs and builds muscle. Fact.
    Sperm contains bioavailable protien. Fact.
Getting your protein from donated sperm would SAVE money and INCREASE muscle repair time. Fact.
