        I don't think I will. I do not think fat and carbs are a good combination based on some knowledge of metabolic mechanism.
        While they may pair well together in that they are enjoyable, I don't wish to elevate my blood sugar to an unhealthy level by activating the randle cycle.

      Add in prepped veggies after broccoli is mostly cooked, add in stir fry sauce (5ml s0i, 5ml sesame oil, 3g cornstarch, red pepper flakes, minced garlic), then once everything is mostly done, add chicken back in and finish cooking. Add salt to taste. I drink one of those Fairlife 30g protein, 150cal drinks you can bulk buy at Costco with this.

    Since you retards apparently can barely feed yourselves I'll give you some basic tips on things to buy

    Pork loin roasts - just made one tonight. Cooked with garlic, onion, basil, and olive oil on tope. It was incredible.
    Chuck roast/chuck steaks. My local meat market will cut a chuck into inch thick steaks, its around $5-6 per lb. I just put it in a pan and sear the outside then cube it up.
    Want to turn pork chops into actual edible food fit for human consumption? Ask the guy at the meat counter of your market to run a prok chop through the cube steak machine. The fat gets evenly distributed in the meat. They cook up better, they're never dry, they taste better. This is the only appropriate way to eat a pork chop.
    Pork shoulder - its cheap, easy as hell to cook. Just set it in the oven in a vessel with a lid or a pan topped with foil. Get the temp up round 200f and the meat begins to break apart, totally fall off the bone tender. Easy to turn into bbq or tacos or anything really
    Ground beef and ground pork sausage put together equals a meat loaf. Mix it together, put in a pan, put in the oven for an hour. Add an egg and bread crumbs if you want to be fancy. Its pure gains.
    On occasion you can find shrimp on sale, and its a decent value if you want to change things up. Try some ceviche with lime juice. Another easy as hell dish to prepare. You just dice some veggies, dice shrimp, then soak it in lime juice.

    Put some effort in lads, you don't have to eat like a NEET even if you're poor like one.

        It takes some doing, but you can make a solid pizza crust with whole wheat flour and sourdough starter. Fixes the GI problem and can be more suitable for people with gluten intolerance (for some reason sourdough is more tolerable). But you've gotta realize that most standard sized pizzas will be 1000 calories of bread and ~250 calories of oil regardless, so weigh that figure accordingly.
        Pizza sauce is just tomatoes, olive oil and Hispanices thats been reduced down. Nothing inherently bad about that unless you go nuts with too much olive oil or just put too much sauce on the pizza in the first place.
        As for toppings, get a good cheese (quality mozzarella, parmesan and/or pecorino) as the highly processed shit will force you to dump way too much on to get a modicum of flavor. I was a gay and put pepperoni on mine, but just experiment with proteins and veg.
