Post TestMAXX regimens.

What are some obscure non-steroidal methods to increase testosterone?

Most of the stuff I've seen is extremely basic and self-evident, such as resistance training, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, etc.

One supplement people may not be familiar with is Boron, I've used it before and noticed an uptick in my libido. The thing is you have to cycle it, or else your estrogen will skyrocket at 5+ weeks.

These test boosting supplement companies make wild claims of boosting test 500% etc never work. Also if you notice its always this new root or some shit that's been around for 1,000's of years that ancient civilizations took regularly but we are just researching it now after all this time.
Total garbage and they use that same script with every test booster and people buy into it. Just need Rogan , Friedman or Huberman to mention it and it blows the frick up.
Even the supplements that will actually increase your test its only by very very marginal amounts.
If your old enough and had kids already just take a TRT dose of test if you want test / quality of life improvements.

Source on needing to cycle boron?

      https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/

"In women on a low-magnesium diet, E2 almost doubled, increasing from an average of 21.1 pg/mL to 41.4 pg/mL. Testosterone more than doubled, rising from an average of 0.31 ng/mL to 0.83 ng/mL. Similar increases were seen in the women on an adequate-magnesium diet: E2 rose from an average of 15.5 pg/mL to 38.0 pg/mL, and testosterone increased from 0.38 ng/mL to 0.65 ng/mL. In 1997, Naghii et al21 published findings of a similar increase in serum levels of E2 in healthy males (n = 18) after 4 weeks of dietary supplementation with boron."

"After only 1 week of boron supplementation of 6 mg/d, a further study by Naghii et al20 of healthy males (n = 8) found (1) a significant increase in free testosterone, which rose from an average of 11.83 pg/mL to 15.18 pg/mL; and (2) significant decreases in E2, which dropped from 42.33 pg/mL to 25.81 pg/mL."

      All refs in article.

Do you have studies where cycling specifically worked? Just going by the quoted numbers there it looks like adequate magnesium might be helpful.

I'm just looking at the women's study now and I don't like a lot of the shit they gave them in their diet. Actually it's all kind of fricked up. There were only 13 of them, two were on estrogen therapy, and they all took turns cycling through 4 different conditions of 24 days each. The high boron periods they only did 3.25 mg of boron and 2 of the periods they were given 1000mg of aluminum (wtf?).

Anyway based on this part (pic) it looks like the estrogen and testosterone go together. At the very least you would stop after 1 week, not 5.

Best decision I've ever made in my late 30s was start pinning test. If I knew how good it feels I would have started much earlier.

    no-plastic.
Like, stay away from all plastic at all times: detergents, shampoo, polyester etc.
Your body absorbs phtalates on touch, they act as estrogen in your body and act as if they are filling out your estrogen quota for the day, this means you stop producing test and not only do you have less test, you also dont have the estrogen to perform those organoprotective and mood regulating functions its supposed to do.

to expand on this, plastic is the entire reason the average man has lower test than his predecessor.
      >inb4 israeliteS WOULDNT DO THAT
look at what they did everywhere around the world with lead, in italy they even kept it in circulation years after its harmful effects on the body were discovered out of sheer GREED.

        >plastic is the entire reason the average man has lower test than his predecessor
That's not true. I'd be willing to entertain plastic being more than a red herring but it is no way the whole problem. To me it seems like the thing that gets blamed to shift attention from real culprits like halogens, pesticides, and lack of nutrients.

          >halogens and pesticides
i would attribute the ever increasing cancer deformity and autism rates to that.
          >poor nutrition
people never had a full diet to begin with, if anything the onions in all foods is to blame, not the lack of nutrients. We are not talking about "humans not being perfectky healthy", we are talking them "being less helathy than they used to be".

          Plastic is the biggest problem.

Plastic is literally fricking everywhere. Drive a car? Plastic. Take a bus? Plastic. Work? Plastic. PC use for work? Plastic. Phone? Plastic. Any electronics? Plastic. Drink water? Microplastics. Eat food? Packaged in plastic, even if you cook it yourself, even if it's higher quality shit.

Just stop fricking your hand and watching porn for two or three months and then take a blood test.
Your test will increase by 45% the first week and then goes down by 40%, then after every week it increases by 5%.

Based thread, watch it be vehemently attacked be "debunkers". Odd, why does this subject get them so riled?

Just got on a small dose of TRT almost a month ago and have never felt better. 26 and got it prescribed no problem, just lied about having 'sexual issues'. The fact that they're quicker to prescribe test to women who want to troon out than modern men is such blatant khazarian shit

That's because those make up 99% of testosterone you can gain through natural methods. All this other shit like onions, sunning your balls, cold showers, etc altogether will make up like 1%, basically placebo tier.
