I use this shit, 2% fairlife milk, vanilla, swerve, and xanthan gum to make ice cream.
Shit is crazy good and something like 250 cals/25g protein per pint. I add some fruity pebbles in for texture
I got some protein that was at Costco on sale after an anon recommended it. I must have been trolled because it is terrible stuff and I’m slogging through this huge bag. It got to the point where I bought Ghost chips ahoy to do a 50/50 mix but always aware that it meant I’d go through this shit at half the speed.
Gold Standard was on sale at Costco a few weeks ago so I bought a big bag of it. But I will not allow myself to open it until I’m done this garbage stuff.

I've bought pic rel a few times. Its good but I wish the oreo bits wouldn't collect at the bottom. My favorite though is the Cinnabon one but its hard to find around here.
