he's right but everyone does they measure protein content by nitrogen and it's easy to fudge the math or make the sample read higher by inflating it's nitrogen content. A lot of whey brands got caught doing it but that's because they're "supplements" one's going to investigate stuff like this or penalize them when it's a lie by like 6-10 grams.
