    half an apple cut up
    dash or 2 of cinnamon

    I thought it sounded weird as frick when someone first told me but I made it and its good as frick. plus good protein and not too high in cals

    Pasta with tomato-based sauce
    Big fat table spoon, maybe 2 of cottage cheese.

    Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley = ranch dressing. Works with yogurt, too, but, I use CC and eat carrot chips.

    Put some milk in a pot. Heat it. Then cool it. Then add some vinegar. Then filter the thing. Add salt. Cool it off. Done. The actual recipe you asked for.

    I just eat it with jam or frozen blueberries (I eat it at work after the berries have mostly thawed) with a bit of maple syrup.

    Anyone try it in smoothies? I’ve been tempted but for some reason I’m not adventurous with smoothie ingredients.

        I make my own jam so I control the ingredients although yes it is high in sugar as it is the preservative agent. Maple syrup has some beneficial properties although nothing I would take seriously.
        Jam and maple syrup aren’t bad in small quantities. My ancestors ate them and so do I. Condolences for the body dysmorphia bro, hope you get that under control soon.
