    eggs and meat
I eat oats and berries with milk for breakfast after my workout. However I try not to eat carbs throughout the rest of the day.
I'm obviously not doing keto, but low carb is ideal for cutting.

On a cut and my secret is adding low calorie, high volume meals and spacing my meals out throughout the day to minimize the hunger.

    >Breakfast
Omelet consisting of 4 egg whites, 1 full egg, spinach, mushrooms, bell pepper, small amount of sour cream. Bowl of oatmeal with mixed berries. Cup of coffee

    >Lunch
Grilled chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli

    >Snack 1
Greek yogurt with mixed berries, and a tiny bit of honey.

    >Preworkout/Snack 2
Protein shake with half a banana, scoop of whey, tsp of peanut butter

    >Post workout/Dinner
Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled chicken, balsamic vinager

    >Snack 3
    1/4 cup plain popcorn

How many hours a day you spend on food? Eating, prepping, cleaning, cooking, etc.

Depends on the meal. Breakfast takes a bit because I have to make the eggs, oatmeal, and brew coffee. Probably about 2 hours in total. Breakfast takes the longest because I have to make the eggs, oatmeal, and brew coffee.

If you're cutting why are you eating:
    Rice, potato, fruit, dairy?

Stick to protein, legumes and green leafy vegetables.

      legumes hurt my tummy
potato and fruit are very filling for the calories, low fat dairy too
rice maybe not but its decent if you add a lot of veggies
