      lol what? Maybe your almonds are very low quality. I recommend putting your walnuts in water and in the fridge for a day. They taste excellent

    Breakfast: 2 eggs, overnight oats (1/4 cup in 1/2 cup of milk), 1 cup broth, latte with 6oz milk
    Lunch 1: 170g cooked lean meat, 170g air fried russet potatoes, carrot salad
    Lunch 2: 170g skyr, 100g blueberries, 20g almonds
    Dinner 1: 170g cooked lean meat, 15g spinach, 170g air fried russet potatoes
    Dinner 2: 170g skyr, 20g almonds, one orange

    Macros come out to about 175/65/160, but I didn't count the fats used for cooking, so it's probably a bit more fat.
