    When you go above parallel on these you can feel your traps gettin fired up, it is no broscience. Is there a way to harness this power? Powershrugging 1000kg is cool and all but if you can use 5kg dbs instead and get the same gains that would be a huge net win.

      Yeah, lu raises work the traps even more. If you wanted something lighter than a powershrug but also hit the mid delts then upright row or high pull would be good

          Yeah. I spend like 80% of my energy trying to keep my arms parallel. I'm pretty shit at regular dips as well though, so that might be the cause.
