You don't need any arch support if you don't have flat foot like a fricking mutt who was wearing shoes since the birth even inside the house.
Your muscles should support the arch
these type of shoes are so fricking cringe. I dont even understand it, when is having a fricking wedge like that beneficial in any lift? I squat in my socks.
I believe the heel elevation serves two purposes: putting more of the loading on your quads instead of hams/glutes, and reducing hip ROM so you don't need as much mobility.
I dont have them I just use vans and still go atg.
based. Vans oldscool here and i squat deeper than anyone at the gym
depth gaygery is another form of egolifting. i noticed you didn't brag about squatting heavy, only how "deep" you can go. curious. at least quarter squatters aren't fricking pussies.
They are worn by Olympic lifters when performing the snatch. They assist if your ankle mobility is poor to get a deep squat while being upright. Outside of this the extremely elevated heel does more harm than good
How are they holding up for you? Have some zero drop merrells I use to lift, but gonna get some vivos to try out. Mostly worried about the sole wearing out due to how thin it is.
Still in good condition, and I've been wearing them every day. I don't even use the insole. Also, I haven't used it myself, but it's my understanding that they have a pretty customer-friendly replacement policy.

You really need to first prove to me you're not doing market research to see what sticks before I consider anything you have to tell me.
I didn't tell you anything, thus my research indicates you're a moron.
You know that the point of lifting shoes are that they're flat and without cushioning right? Otherwise you might as well lift barefoot.
I deadlift and squat without shoes. What's your deadlift or squat?
