I don't have any pictures but for dinner today I had 3 pork chops, broccoli and sweet potato. Then afterwards as a little snack I had some smoked salmon and scrambled egg. If I'm honest, it was truly yummy in my tummy.

I had spaghetti, meatballs, egg plants and garlic bread. 1300 calories. But my breakfast and lunch combined was 900 calories. Sitting on 2200 cals for the day.

About a pound (cooked weight) of chicken thighs, 165g of large curd cottage cheese, big bowl of veggies. Condiments are a light balsamic for the veggies and some bbq sauce (about 50 cal between both). About 1,100 calories, 156g protein, 35g fat, 35g carbs. This was actually a few days ago, but I eat the same thing for dinner almost every day.

Add more onions.. I eat 2-3 with half a pound of beef. You can do one red onion and one sweet white onion and it’s a good blend.

Try making bone broth, its good for gains and recovery and uses up any odd and ends in the kitchen so its less wasted food.
You can freeze it in portions and just add to foods, marrow is delicious.

I used to buy gerolsteiner german hogh mineral sparkling water because it actually had like 20%dv of potassium in each one but trader joes raised the price from $1.65 to like $2.80 in the last 3 years.

Idk about you but for me Samsung health is horrible about estimating fat percentage. It told me after losing 60 lbs I lost only 10 percent bodyfat and just from photos I know it is more than that
I'm pretty fricking fat I'm just a little tall without lanklet bone structure. My 15-20%bf walk around weight was ~200lbs before I started drinking too much. I'm only 6'2. I'm just going to failure and doing my 10,000 steps and cardio 5x a week for now. Focusing on not drinking. Once I have those two things in check I'll clean up my diet more.
