    It ends up being like 15 pills that I just swallow at once after having breakfast.I wake up and go about my day feeling fantastic everyday.
    Once my cut ends the clen and cardarine go away though.

        Not really? Clen Im used to (First time I had clen shakes but now I dont get any) it just raises my heart rate and body temp and I avoid cramping with the taurine plus some electrolytes.
        Its not like its DNP or anything and the halflife is short so I wont overdose either.
        As for cardarine the only risk is cancer and Ive already had skin cancer so its just whatever, Im only on it for three months and the dosage is pretty insignificant when compared to my weight. (80kg lean)

          Clen negatively impacts my lifting too much for me to think it's worth it, I'm all for peds but unless your competing in bodybuilding I draw the line at cutting agents. Not worth the risk or performance drop imo.

            Im not suffering any drop though anon? Ive been on 1500kcal for over a month, lost 8kg and Im still maintaining all my PRs.
            If anything Im still getting stronger since I got a rep PR on bench recently.

              Could definitely just be me, I always include some strength training with my hypertrophy and take my cuts really slow like almost recomping slow because i just respond better like that, the second I see weight come off the bar I lose a lot of motivation.

        It's actually counterintuitive for bodybuilding amphetamines are really strong vasoconstrictors. Bodybuilders only take it because drug addiction is so common amongst them.

      That said, if you're not spending regular time outside, you need between 8k-10k IU of vitamin D as per the swedish study.
