    How do I fix my forward shoulder posture? It looks like I’m always shrugging with my shoulders high, tight, and slightly forward. I can consciously force them into normal posture but it’s uncomfortable after a few minutes and I stop doing it the second I have to do anything else.

    Any good long term fixes?
